Februar 2026 die Position der Vice President Marketing &amp; Communication \u00fcbernommen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In ihrer neuen Rolle verantwortet Kim Fischer die strategische Weiterentwicklung der globalen Marke und Marktpositionierung von Q.ANT. Dazu z\u00e4hlen der Aufbau einer konsistenten internationalen Markenstrategie sowie die Kommunikation mit Investoren, Kunden, Partnern und Medien.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kim Fischer verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung im strategischen Unternehmens- und Markenaufbau, in der Erschlie\u00dfung neuer Gesch\u00e4ftsfelder sowie in der Positionierung zukunftsorientierter Produkte in internationalen M\u00e4rkten. Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt auf der \u00dcbersetzung komplexer technologischer Innovationen in klare, relevante und vertrauensbildende Narrative f\u00fcr Entscheidungstr\u00e4ger aus Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft, Industrie und Politik.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In ihrer Laufbahn verantwortete sie unter anderem Unternehmens- und Produktkommunikation, Markenf\u00fchrung sowie Transformationsprozesse in internationalen Technologie-, Dienstleistungs- und Messegesellschaften. Sie begleitete gro\u00dfe Innovationsplattformen, gr\u00fcndete eigene Start-ups, darunter die Content- und Sustainability-Plattform aware_ the_platform, und war zuletzt im Management einer internationalen Marken- und Strategieberatung der Publicis Group t\u00e4tig.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eIch freue mich sehr, dass wir Kim Fischer f\u00fcr diese zentrale Aufgabe bei Q.ANT gewinnen konnten\u201c, sagt Dr. Michael F\u00f6rtsch, Gr\u00fcnder und CEO von Q.ANT. \u201eKim hat uns insbesondere durch ihre Erfolge \u00fcberzeugt, technologische F\u00fchrerschaft in marktgerechte Positionierung in einem internationalen Umfeld zu \u00fcbersetzen. Im Zentrum steht dabei nicht die Technologie als Selbstzweck, sondern ihr konkreter Mehrwert f\u00fcr Unternehmen, Gesellschaft und nachhaltige Infrastrukturen\u201c, so Kim Fischer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mit der Berufung von Kim Fischer treibt Q.ANT seine internationale Skalierung, den Aufbau starker Marktpr\u00e4senz und die Positionierung als f\u00fchrender Anbieter photonischer Rechentechnologien gezielt voran.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00dcber Q.ANT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Q.ANT ist ein photonisches Deep-Tech-Unternehmen, das Prozessorl\u00f6sungen entwickelt, die nativ mit Licht rechnen und eine skalierbare Alternative zu transistorbasierten Architekturen bieten. Die firmeneigene Light Empowered Native Arithmetics (LENA)-Architektur erm\u00f6glicht analoge Co-Verarbeitung mit hoher Energieeffizienz und ist speziell auf rechenintensive Anwendungen in den Bereichen K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz und High Performance Computing ausgelegt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Institut f\u00fcr Mikroelektronik Stuttgart (IMS CHIPS) betreibt Q.ANT eine eigene Pilotlinie f\u00fcr Thin-Film Lithium Niobate (TFLN)-Chips.
