Your profile

  • You have several years of management experience, ideally in an overall responsibility role
  • You have extensive leadership experience and are proficient in both personal and digital communication
  • You possess the ability to validate development and improvement results in the overall context (preferably through process-oriented solutions)
  • You demonstrate high intellectual and personal flexibility and are capable of leading the Business Unit transparently and holistically
  • You have technical and market-specific knowledge of particle sensors or particle applications (experience with sensor technology or measurement technology, specifically with particles, is advantageous)
  • You are familiar with development and production processes
  • You are curious and have a strong desire for shaping and implementation
  • You have proficiency in using MS Office applications and experience with SAP
  • You have a strong command of English, both written and spoken

Your tasks

  • You lead the Business Unit Particle Metrology and assume overall responsibility
  • You shape and implement strategies and future models for the Business Unit
  • You support and promote our employees in their tasks and personal growth
  • You construct the framework for strategic decisions and lead your team in implementation
  • You maintain an overview and coordinate all activities within the BU, including research and development, production, sales, and service
  • You develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and external partners
  • You analyze market and competition situations, identify opportunities and risks, and derive appropriate measures
  • You are responsible for the budget of the Business Unit and monitor its financial performance
  • You drive continuous improvement processes and optimize internal workflows and processes
  • You regularly report to the management regarding the status, progress, and results of the Business Unit
  • You represent the company at conferences, trade fairs, and events.
